Blue Highways on c4-606 and Northwest Cable News on c4-581 have changed their Transmission frequency.

The reception problems with the HBO/MAX channels on G1 satellite have been corrected on 10-19-09

HBO and Cinemax channels on g1-100 thru 143 have been experiencing lower than normal signal levels.

At 3 a.m. 10-14-09, Northwest Cable News and Blue Highways changed their symbol rate and frequency causing customers 4DTV units to not be able to receive those channels.

The N Network is now TeenNick. Also, HBO HD channels on G9-118 and G9-120 will be ending their transmission signals on 10-17-09.

Blue Highways has been added back in to the Digital Essential Package. This channel can also be found in the Absolute Digital Package.

We have added new W5 programming packages as well as ala carte programming to our programming line up.

NFL TV, currently located on satellite GB, channel 410 will be relocating to Satellite g9 on September 1, 2009. This channel will dual illuminate on both GB and G9 until October 15, 2008. NFL TV will end on GB on 10-15-2008.

The X4 Channels will soon be discontinued and only found on W5 Cband satellite.

New channels recently announced! The Golf Channel is now available in the Absolute Digital Package and can be found on w5-410. Also, Blue Highways TV is available in both the Absolute Digital and Digital Essentials Packages on c4-606.

Channels previously unavailable to customers without ku-band satellite are now available! Popular channels formerly found on X4 satellite such as Fox Movie Channel, Turner Classic Movies, Outdoor Channel, History Channel East and The Speed Channel, just to name a few, are now simulcast on W5 satellite. You can also get free feeds of DMX music channels now available on W5 that were previoulsy available only on ku-band. Customers can subscribe to the Absolute Digital Package  to receive these channels. 


Customer with the following ala carte subcriptions might see a disruption in service.
Do to an error at ACC the following channels were in open key and should have been in subscription mode.
The following channels on G3 are transitioning from open key to
encrypted (subscription) mode.

Analog Cartoon Network is no longer available. They have re-uplinked the digital feed of Cartoon Network, which can now be found on satellite G3-600.

NBC from Atlanta, GA (WXIA) has moved to G3-502. The channel was previously on G9-502.

Update on missing services from Motorola IPG
Motorola is currently working on getting the missing services (X4-640 Sleuth, X4-610 Biography, X4-611 History International) added back in the IPG. The channels are still active, but won't be located in the screen guide until the issue is resolved.

There will be a few changes in the analog channels viewed on your C Band system.  ABC Family and AMC have just made the change over to digital on the 4DTV. AMC's new location is G9-701 ABC Family has not yet been determined as well as MTV. Below is a list of channels that will be leaving on December 31st 2006.

Channels added to the Absolute digital Package
Channels that have been added to the Absolute digital package recently
RFD-TV, Rural American TV channel RFD-TV has returned to the big dish on X4, 730 (Ku-band) via 4DTV digital.
NFL Channel on X4 for all the Foot Ball fans.

G16 Replaces G4

G4, at 99 degrees west longitude, has been replaced by Galaxy 16. Most viewers will see a slight improvement on the Ku-band side (X4), home to many of the new 4DTV channels

OLN gets a new name Versus

Sports fans looking for action on Outdoor Life Network (X4, 421) and OLN Alternate (X4, 422) will now have to find their content under the channel’s new name Versus. Fortunately, programming will stay the same.



Primetime 24 Gone Digital
,

The Prime Time 24 ABC and CBS feeds are going digital 4/1/2006.
  . Analog Prime Time 24 feeds of ABC, CBS and NBC will not
     be available after March 31, 2006.
  .. New digital locations are: ABC on W3-500 and CBS on W3-501.
  . NBC will be available on C3 in the near future.
  . Digital customers who have a 920 receiver will not be able to get
    W3-500 or W3-501 due to the signal being used by Prime Time.
  . Hint: 920 receiver ID numbers start with: 0012FE, 0012F0, 0012F1,
    0012F2. Some ID's starting with 0012F3 may also be affected.

On a encrypted digital feed,  press Option / 6 / 5. Look at line H.  Current Version.
     There will be several zeros ending in a letter code:
     EC is a 922.  6D is a 920.

  . 922's and 905's should be okay only 920's are affected.


BRAVO,
. Analog feed no longer available after 3/31/06
. Digital feed available 4/1/06
. Bravo digital feeds are: (E) X4 -710 and (W) C4-710
. Brave (E) & (W) will be available in the  Absolute Digital Package
. Any analog  package which contained Bravo in it prior to the digital
  transition will continue to receive digital Bravo as long as they have the
  correct digital equipment and a active subscription.

FOX NEWS,
presently on Galaxy 11-transponder 18  will  be moving to Galaxy 15-transponder 21  (G1)  beginning on April 4th at noon Fox will be duel feeding to both transponders. On May 3rd 2006 Galaxy 11 transponder 11 will go dark.

New FTA Feeds Horse TV is new to FTA located on C4-605 as well as Eye Music on C4-700

 

MPEG-2  info
The Outdoor Channel , which maintains MPEGII Free-to-Air east and west coast feeds on G9-24 is testing two HDTV feeds on the same transponder. An MPEG-2 FTA receiver capable of tuning HDTV feeds is required for reception.

Star  Trek Enterprise fans will be able to now locate UPN on various satellites in MPEG-2 FTA.

MAV-TV (GB-400) has temporarily cut its 4DTV signal, but suggests it will be available by subscription once contract details have been worked out. 

Galaxy 12
recently replaced C-Band bird Galaxy 5, several changes have taken place. The Disney Channel has jumped from G5-1 to G5-7 and Sci-Fi has moved form G5-4 to G5-18. Both remain available in VCII mode.
 
History
You can now find History on C4-610 if you had a current subscription to the History Channel and you have a 4DTV or Side car you can give us a call or send an email and we will rehit your system but please double check that the satellite and location have been mapped into your receiver. If they have not you will need to do a soft reboot by placing the system on G0-07  then unpluging the system for the wall with the power on for about 10 seconds. after the system has warmed up give us a call or send an email and we will rehit you system.


Fox Net
Fox Net is no longer available on Cband, Those customers subscribed to Fox Net will now be receiving Denver Fox KDVR on W7-5 until the end of there subscription.
 

TCM

Turner Classic Movies is now available on the KU side. It is also included in the Absolute digital package. The new location is X4-255.

Speed Channel: Is now available in the Absolute Digital package on the KU side it's new home is X4-430
 

LIFETIME

on G5-21 will go off the air on October 6/04. Liftime can now be found on GB-603 next to The Halmark channel on GB-602
 
Oxygen,  Which left C-Band can now be found on the Digital side on GB-604 It is availabe in the Absolute digital package or the Digital Value Package.

Wealth TV, a new channel which will be focusing on the lives of the rich and famous, is currently availabe to 4DTV viewes with HD-200 high decoders at G0-600.

Wisdom TV,  has moved to W1-683 and is available free in the clear.
